履历:1989至1993年,江苏农学院食品工程专业本科,获工学学士学位、江苏农学院优秀毕业生;
2001至2003年,江苏大学农产品加工及贮藏工程专业硕士研究生,获工学硕士学位;
2003至2006年,江苏大学农产品加工及贮藏工程专业博士研究生,获工学博士学位。
1993至2001年,在南京天环食品集团任工程师、中心化验室主任;2006年至今在江苏大学任教,现任食品与生物工程学院教授、江苏大学食品物理加工研究院常务副院长。2007.2至2008.5在UniversityofTennessee,Knoxville进行博士后合作研究,2011.11在CollegeofEngineering,UniversityofCalifornia,Berkeley短期学习。2012.3至2013.2在科技部农村技术开发中心农业部高技术处挂职借调。2016年入选江苏高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人培养对象。
获奖情况:近年来获农业部、教育部、江苏省及中国机械工业联合会、中国食品科学技术学会等行业科技奖一等奖4项、二等奖4项、中国专利奖优秀奖1项。

近年来研究成果获农业部中华农业科技奖一等奖1项、江苏省科技进步奖二等奖2项、教育部科技进步奖二等奖2项、中国机械工业联合会、中国食品科学技术学会、中国产学研合作促进会等社会力量设置科技一等奖3项。
参与完成的11项研究成果分别通过江苏省科技厅、教育部、农业部、中国轻工业联合会及中国能源学会等主持的科技成果鉴定,其中大部分成果经鉴定达到国际领先或国际先进水平。
